- Applicable Taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the PINAR website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable at the time of the order.
Purchases to be delivered within any member state of the European Union are subject to VAT. Purchases to be delivered to non-EU countries, or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, are exempt from VAT.
- Payment Methods
When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made at PINAR using:
Credit/debit card
Klarna. You can split the payment into 3 interest-free installments directly from the checkout.
Paypal. Pay securely in one click, quickly and easily.
We also offer alternative payment methods for orders made via email at pinar@pinarshop.es, specifying all products and corresponding sizes. These alternative methods are:

Bank transfer
- Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Orders will be delivered within an estimated period of 3 to 5 business days for domestic shipments, and 10 to 15 days for international shipments, via courier service to the address and recipient provided during the checkout process.
Shipping costs:
€6 within Spain (including Canary and Balearic Islands)
€10 to Portugal
€20 to the rest of Europe
€30 to the rest of the world
Delays in delivery due to reasons beyond PINAR’s control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or compensation.
- Returns and Cancellations Policy
In accordance with current regulations, our policy allows you to return any item purchased at PINAR within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product in its original condition (including packaging, boxes, etc.). As long as the product is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase amount once the item has been inspected.
Returns must be communicated via email (pinar@pinarshop.es) with the subject line Return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a return shipping method that ensures product safety.
If the cancellation of the order occurs before the goods have been shipped, the customer will not incur any cost. If cancellation occurs after the order has been shipped, the customer will bear both the shipping and return costs.
- Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to always provide truthful information in the user registration or order forms and to keep it up to date.
The customer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions outlined in these General Terms and Conditions, understanding that they represent the best possible service intention for the type of activity developed by PINAR.
The customer agrees to enable the delivery of the order by providing a valid delivery address where the order can be received.
In case the customer fails to fulfill this obligation, PINAR will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery.
